Restore Ministries' small groups are places where community, growth and support all happen simultaneously. Many who go through one small group end up understanding and experiencing the freedom that comes with being truly known and accepted by others.

Facilitators of these small groups foster that environment and have the ability to walk with other people, no matter where they are on life's journey.

Life’s challenges are sometimes too much to sort through on your own. That’s where Restore’s counseling services can help with private, personal interaction with a professional therapist. One-on-one sessions are offered in a confidential setting at Restore's counseling centers located throughout middle Tennessee.

All fees are based on a sliding scale so no one is turned away, and counselors are available on days, evenings, and even weekends if needed.
