Three Ways of Becoming Involved With RestoreVolunteers are the heartbeat of Restore Ministries. People who have experienced the freedom that comes from the hope and healing of Christ, end up wanting to give back to help others.
Restore Ministries has several areas where people can give of their time, treasure and talents to help further the healing ministry of Christ to Middle Tennessee and the world.
1. Facilitating or Co-Facilitating Restore's Small Groups
In order to facilitate for Restore Ministries, you must first go through the small group you would like to facilitate as a participant. To sign up for a group, contact Meghan Smith at (615) 565-6278 or mhsmith@ymcamidtn.org. After going through as a participant, sign up for the next two-day facilitator training in Nashville.

2. Donating to Restore Ministries so financial assistance can be offered to persons who need our small groups and counseling services.
Your gift to YMCA Restore Ministries is crucial in making our mission possible. Our Annual We Build People Campaign and the YMCA Foundation offer opportunities to make donations. Your gift to the YMCA We Build People Campaign makes our mission possible: to not turn anyone away due to an inability to pay.
A gift of $65 sends someone through Journey to Freedom; $90 pays for a child's play therapy session; $135 sends someone through an intensive 15 week life-changing course.

3. Volunteering for Restore office work and fundraising events.
