Restore offers the following three support groups:
An eight-week course of small group meetings and lessons to prepare you to take the first steps toward making important changes to your life. Using the workbook Journey to Freedom, developed by Restore Ministries Executive Director and Founder Scott Reall, this program is a prerequisite to the following programs.
For more information or to purchase the Journey to Freedom book, visit www.journeytofreedom.org.
You can also take Healthy Steps to Freedom as an alternate to Journey to Freedom. Healthy Steps to Freedom is an 8-week course designed to help break the barriers that keep us from achieving our health goals. It incorporates the Journey to Freedom workbook with introductory exercise training that will teach steps toward lasting change.
Starting from the inside out, this Christ-centered, 12-step program helps free you from addiction and other life-controlling issues as you develop a personal relationship with God. Uses the workbook Power to Choose, by Mike S. O’Neill.
Get a better understanding of common relationship problems while learning important coping tools and healthy solutions to dealing with challenges in your relationships. Uses the workbook Love is a Choice by Dr. Frank Minirth and Dr. Paul Meier.
We also offer professional, one-on-one counseling
Life’s challenges are sometimes too much to sort through on your own. That’s where Restore’s counseling services can help with private, personal interaction with a professional therapist.
One-on-one sessions are offered in a confidential setting at Restore’s counseling centers. Counseling rates are based on a sliding scale according to income. We do not turn anyone away due to inability to pay.

This Month's Testimonial:"I find myself getting into the mindset of a goal and training oriented athletic person. I feel like I am being coached step by step to believe in myself, to believe in God's help, and to believe in the possibilities of change! I’m excited to look at problems as opportunities. I'm ready to quit the same old despair tactics and begin using hope tactics!"
